Advertisements in the VIVA Today Daily Newspaper
Advertisements are available in the daily newspapers that will be published on-site and available in an electronic version. VIVA will print and post electronically 3 daily newspapers (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) highlighting the previous days’ activities and revealing the next days’ events. This opportunity is available on a first come, first served basis. The 2013 advertising rates are:

$5,200 – Full page color ad (back cover) Limited to 1 per company Sold Out
$5,000 – Full page color ad (inside)
$2,700 – ½ page color ad (inside)

Attendee Bag Inserts
The opportunity to have a marketing piece inserted into the VIVA 13 attendee bags is available at $3,000 per insert. Deadlines apply (see optional opportunities when you select your booth space online).

E-blasts
E-blasts to the VIVA email list are available on a limited basis for $3,000. Content is due August 23 per VIVA format guidelines. Changes to originally submitted e-blasts are $2,000. E-blasts will be executed by VIVA in early September and late September (see optional opportunities when you purchase your booth space online). Please click here for e-blast specifications.

Meeting Room Rental for Internal Meetings
Additional meeting room space is available during the week of VIVA to host internal company or other small meetings. The space is available on a first come, first served basis; room rental fees apply. All room usage must be registered and approved by VIVA and cannot conflict with VIVA events. Please note: space gets booked quickly, so please reserve early by using your exhibitor portal.
