Additional meeting room space is available during the week of VIVA to host internal company or other small meetings. The space is available on a first come, first served basis; room rental fees apply. All room usage must be registered and approved by VIVA and cannot conflict with VIVA events. Please note: space gets booked quickly, so please reserve early.
